Scoil Bhríde is administered by a Board of management comprising eight members:

• two nominees of the patron
• the principal and one other staff nominee
• two nominees of the parents
• two community nominees.

Boards of management of primary schools are appointed for a four year term and are required to adhere to the provisions of the Governance Manual for Primary Schools.    The term of office of the current board is from 1^st December 2023 to 30^th November 2027.
