Last week was a very busy and exciting week in Ms. Keating’s Junior/Senior Infant Class!

We all helped measuring, mixing, pouring, flipping and (most importantly) eating yummy pancakes on Pancake Tuesday!

On Thursday we decorated our classroom door and had great fun dressing up for World Book Day. We took a walk around the school to try and guess the books that each classroom door was based on.

We also had our termly Fresh Fruit Friday organised by the Parents’ Council! The delicious bananas, watermelon, pears, mandarins and passion fruits were a huge hit!
