Below you find some lovely pictures of students from Junior Infants, 3rd and 4th Class experiencing some digital learning in what Scoil Bhríde has worked very hard to introduce over the last several months. Along with the introduction this year of student laptops and new interactive whiteboards, students are now getting the opportunity to learn through new digital learning resources such as i-pads and our new  Blue-Bots.

Blue-bots are simple but effective child friendly robots allowing children to develop their computational thinking. Not only are they very enjoyable, but as playing occurs with the Blue-Bots, students interact, communicate, explore, engage with each other, but most importantly, they learn together with their peers, without even realising it. Students learn in context and then are able to reflect on the subject. As for us teachers, we are able to monitor, observe and evaluate our students’ many skills that are required to achieve their objectives.
